Zaynab Khanum's sale document, 1917
Zaynab Khanum, the daughter of Najaf, sells two-thirds of a property located in Sirin farm, to Aqa Sadiq, the son of Mulla ‘Ali, in exchange for fourteen tumans. The note on the margin states that Aqa Sadiq has declared that the purchased property is co-owned with Husayn, the son of Baqir, thus he has transferred half of the property to Husayn in exchange for seven tumans.

Fakhir al-Saltanah's settlements confirmed by his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah
These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw.
